TARGET MARKET
The ecolivingexpo targets a market of 25–65 year old
environmentally conscious males and females with medium to
high disposable income, seeking to become more informed about
the options available to them in new technologies and sustainability
practices. Also children, who will gain a better appreciation
and understanding of the care we need to exercise to protect
and develop a more sustainable world.

Exhibition Sites
Exhibition sites will only be available as:
Full Exhibition Booths
- 3m x 3m and 2.4m high.
- Front runner covered panels and supporting aluminium
framework in black. (Please note that Velcro tape must be
used to fasten display material to the panels)
- A façade panel with a standard format sign.
- 2 x spotlights.
- 1 x power extension cord.
- Carpet
Walled Only Space (no sign, power or spotlights)
- 3m x 3m walled & carpeted space
Static Display Areas
- Limited space will be available for unmanned displays.
Custom Design Stands and Signs
For organisations wishing to build a custom designed stand,
please contact Adelaide Expo Hire as the preferred supplier.

Booking Provisions
At the time the exhibitor makes a booking for the event,
the exhibitor is deemed to have accepted the terms
and conditions of contract between eveSolutions and the
exhibitor (‘the booking contract’) which is endorsed
with the brochure.
Insurance Indemnity
eveSolutions shall be indemnified and held harmless by the
exhibitor in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expense
to which they may be subject as a result of loss, injury and
damage arising to any persons or equipment during the duration
of the exhibition, including set-up and dismantle times. The
exhibitor acknowledges that eveSolutions shall not be responsible
for any loss should the exhibitor follow any of eveSolutions
recommendations or suggestions concerning the display, nor
for any loss arising from the exhibitors participation in
the Exhibition. The exhibitor finally acknowledges that there
will be no liability on eveSolution’s part or on the
part of its servants or agents for damages for or in respect
of any claim arising out of or in connection with the relationship
established by the agreement between the exhibitor and eveSolutions
or any conduct under it or any orders or instructions or requests
given to eveSolutions by the exhibitors and whether or not
such liability results from or involves negligence, other
than the total amount of ten dollars. Exhibitors are therefore
reminded to ensure that their individual insurance is extended
to cover participation in this event.
